The JFL chlorine dioxide generator made by our company mainly based on the Chemical method. It is made up of the feeding system, reaction system, control system, absorption system and security system. Chlorate or chlorite together with reducing agent (acids or alcohols), will be auto-add into the reaction system through the feeding system according to a certain proportion, The mix gas of chlorine dioxide generated under a certain temperature in the response system, will directly enter into the disinfection system through the absorption system. It can be added into water directly to achieve the purpose of disinfection according to different water quality (add different amount).

Its reaction mechanism is as following:

NaCLO3+2HCL=CLO2↑+1/2CL2↑+NaCL+H2O

5NaCLO2+2H₂SO₄=4CLO2+2Na₂SO₄+NaCL+2H2O

△ Using the electromagnetic diaphragm pump for the raw materials feeding, have stable operation with accurate measurement and high safety and reliability; equipped up with Y-type transparent filter, more visual and easy to clean.

△ Equipped with independent unit or multiunit reactor, with intelligent heating systerm, can directly measure the inner reaction temperature of the reactor; the actual inner temperature of the reactor is between 60℃ to 80℃,the total conversion of the raw materials is 70%-95%.

△ Equipped with visual anti-reflux-type water injector. Function: to prevent to reflux of dynamic water.

△ Using hydraulic pressure alarm system, the equipment will stop automatically when the dynamic water’s hydraulic pressure is inadequate. As to the fluctuations of the hydraulic pressure, it carries on    delay (5 seconds) filter processing, which could effectively overcome the mistaken installation shutdown due to the normal fluctuation of the hydraulic pressure. Have the alarm function when materials or pressures are inadequate.

△The temperature control unit used PID control technology, with simple parameters setting and accurate temperature controlling, to meet the installation’s requirements as to the stability of the temperature. 

△Using dual temperature control method of avoiding fault of one-way circuit (which will Cause the temperature control equipment failures or damage) to ensure the safety of equipment.

△The equipment has a complete interlock security protection and alarm system, including interlock protection of over-temperature, over-pressure and ultra-low-pressures, outage and cut-off interlock protection , raw materials can’s liquid level protection and pump’s interlock protection , equipment failure alarm function and so on.

△ The Equipment has the protection system for power cutting and system memory function.

△ The equipment has the function and device of back washing, could automatically carry on the back-washing on the reactor whenever.
